Elia launched on 26th April 2019, the public consultation on the methodology, hypotheses and data sources for determining the volume of strategic reserves for the winter 2020-21. This public consultation was held in the context of the yearly process of the volume determination of strategic reserve, as described in the Article 7bis of the Law of 29 April 1999 concerning the organisation of the electricity market (‘Electricity Act’).
