System State Notifications
Elia informs its stakeholders when the system state changes to the Emergency, Blackout or Restoration State and publishes this information on its website. The system states are defined in Article 18 of the SOGL.
This page provides information related to the System State Notifications sent by Elia in case the System State changes to the Emergency State, the Blackout State or the Restoration State as defined in Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (System Operation Guidelines – SOGL). More information about the notifications are given in the System Defence Plan and in the Restoration Plan.
