Public consultation on the methodology for a co-optimised allocation process of cross zonal capacity for the exchange of balancing capacity or sharing of reserves

Context

In accordance with Articles 10 and 40 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing (EBGL), Elia and the other responsible TSO’s organise a public consultation regarding the establishment of a methodology for a co-optimised allocation process of cross zonal capacity for the exchange of balancing capacity or sharing of reserves.

Period

The consultation runs from 15 May 2019 until 31 July 2019 and is accessible on the ENTSO-E website via the following link: Article 40.
