Twoinformation sessions organised regarding the start of the work
Elia held information sessions on Tuesday 18 February (in Sijsele) and Wednesday 19 February (in Bruges) to provide local residents and businesses with information about the start of the work. Both events were well attended, with visitors learning about accessibility and the nature and schedule of the work.
In early March 2020, Elia will begin laying new 36-kV underground cables between Bruges and Sijsele. Elia is holding information sessions on Tuesday 18 February (in Sijsele) and Wednesday 19 February (in Bruges) to ensure that local residents and businesses along the route are as well informed as possible. The project team will be on hand to provide more information about the work's schedule, the process, the route, accessibility and possible disruption. Interested parties can attend the information sessions at any time between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
