Update 18/11 - change of dates

Mobility information: closure of a section of the Route du Condroz.

Due to an unfavourable weather forecast for this weekend, this operation is pushed back to Sunday 27/11 and Monday 28/11 (same hours).

As part of the coordination of the various construction sites that will be located in the municipality of Neupré, there will be an exceptional road closure from the evening of Sunday 20 November (at 10 pm) until Monday 21 November (at 5 am)

This road closure concerns the section between the Route d'Esneux / Route du Condroz roundabout and the Chêne Madame crossroads. It will allow the various companies to work on this section together more efficiently, at the same time and in complete safety, thereby avoiding longer interventions spread over several days.

The operations will consist of installing the temporary roundabout and painting the road markings relating to the mobility plan that has been put in place. They will be carried out in close cooperation with the local police.

As soon as the roads reopen, please be mindful of the mobility plan that has been put in place in consultation with the various operators and the local police. In summary:

  • traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction (instead of two as is currently the case)
  • a roundabout at the junction with Avenue de la Chevauchée will allow road users to change direction on the Route du Condroz
  • access to shops and businesses on the Route du Condroz will be maintained during the construction period.

Feel free to view our interactive map to keep track of the progress of the project.
