End of the consultation period

Following the submission of the basic application to the municipal authorities concerned by the project last September and the various official stages that followed, it is now the end of the consultation period for local residents (since 12 October) but also for municipal authorities (from today).

In practical terms, this means that not only your letters but also questions/comments and alternatives will now be examined, classified and categorised. After reading these, the Walloon government will compile the specifications so that an independent consulting firm, approved by the Walloon Region, can draw up the Strategic Environmental Assessment.

Thanks to this SEA and the answers it will provide to the questions of citizens and municipal authorities, the public inquiry will allow the municipal authorities to give their opinion on the project within a period of 45 days.
