What can you do with the CRM IT interface

The CRM IT interface is your central way to interact with the different steps of the CRM process.

For each step there is a different section in the tool, more specifically there is a section for:

• Prequalification: To submit a Prequalification File, which is required before being allowed to Bid in the Auction
• Auction: To submit a Bid in the CRM (Pre)-Auction(s)
• Financial Security: To submit, adapt and release a Financial Security
• Secondary Market: To submit and follow up on a Secondary Market transaction
• Pre-Delivery Monitoring: To submit and consult a Pre-delivery Monitoring report submission
• Availability & Payback Obligation: To declare prices, outages, scheduled maintenance etc.
• Settlement: To get a better view on your remuneration and settlement
