Elia organises auction for flemish green certificates and cogeneration certificates in June 2019
As the local transmission system operator and in accordance with Articles 7.1.6(2) and 7.1.7(2) of the Energy Decree of 8 May 2009 on energy policy, Elia will organize an auction for 240.484 green certificates and 338.012 cogeneration certificates in February 2019.Elia purchased these certificates at the minimum price guaranteed in the Flemish region.
The auctions will be organised on the online platform Ariba and all bids have to be submitted no later than 18 June 18h00 CET. If you intend to participate in the auctions and you have not registered yet as a user on the online platform, please send an email to GC@elia.be. If you have registered as a user on the online platform, you will automatically receive an email with an invitation to participate in the auctions, once the auctions have been published on the online platform.
