Elia’s Academic Board meets for the second time to foster collaboration and address challenges linked to the energy transition
On 19 October, Elia’s Academic Board met in person for the second time in Brussels.
Since its launch in October 2022, the Board has been driven by a twofold vision: firstly, that of fostering collaboration between Elia and different universities and working on innovative projects with academia; and secondly, facilitating discussions about topics linked to the energy transition. Whilst Elia can see the challenges that will need to be addressed in the future, it understands that partnerships are crucial for expanding and strengthening its skills and expertise. With this in mind, Elia hosted professors and researchers from across Belgium and different academic fields at its headquarters in Brussels.
