Context
In anticipation of an instruction by the Minister to constitute a given volume of Strategic Reserve in accordance with article 7 quater of the Electricity Law, Elia launched a public consultation on the "Procedure for Constitution of Strategic Reserve" for an entry into force at the latest on February 15th, 2017.
Period
The consultation period was set from Monday 19 December 2016 to Friday 27 January 2017, 6:00pm.
In total, Elia received feedback from 7 market parties of which 2 were confidential.
In this consultation report Elia publishes a summary of received reactions to the consultation in order to inform market parties and to give its replies. This was also presented in the Task Force "Implementation Strategic Reserves" on February 7th, 2017.
