Informal Synergrid consultation iCAROS phase 2– Design note on coordination of outages of Technical Installations (Outage Planning Coordination)

The scope of the Informal public consultation, organized by Synergrid on behalf of all Belgian system operators, is a design note regarding the coordination of unavailabilities of electricity production and storage facilities with a capacity of more than 1 MW connected to the transmission or distribution grid, as well as consumption sites directly connected to the transmission grid (iCAROS phase 2).

The informal consultation runs for 12 weeks, until 10 October 2025 and is accessible on the Synergrid website via the following link. The English version of the design note is already available. Dutch and French translations will be published on 19 August 2025.
