Workshop on EU Congestion Management Toolkit

A successful delivery on the policy targets to maximize the use of interconnection and to avoid undue discrimination requires a review of the EU congestion management toolkit, to address following challenges:
- Growing importance of liquidity in intraday and balancing timeframe. At the same time enforcing minimum 70% cross-zonal capacity in the operational processes induces risks and inefficiencies.
- BZ reconfiguration remains an essential tool.
